| Larry has enjoyed a tenure in the meat business spanning over forty-five years. From Yankee Maid Meat Company to Hygrade Meat Company to Medford and Hatfield Meat Companies and finally to us, Larry brings a professionalism to his position with Charles Blumer Company. One of the things which makes Larry so valuable to us is his winning attitude. He is always willing to do what ever it takes to get the job done. Larry was promoted to Vice President of Sales in December 2001. He and his lovely wife Connie live in Woodbury, New Jersey; has three wonderful daughters and two grandchildren . Larry is very interested in tinkering with Race Cars and is a member of an amateur pit crew for a car that runs in races in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. | |

| Meredith Brzenk is the owner of MB&E Marketing. Meredith recently left the Windy City for the fairer climate of the southeastern US. While living in the Chicago area, she earned a degree in culinary arts. After school, she pursued a career in food sales with Gusto Packing Company Inc. Gusto had a pork processing plant 50 miles west of Chicago. In her career at Gusto, she became an expert in pork. (Think bacon... yum!) She then worked with Butterball, they acquired Gusto in 2012. When Butterball ceased processing pork, MB&E marketing was born. She has a 20-year-old son who is pursuing a career in music and has an Akita named Mulan. Meredith enjoys cooking. She makes a dynamite southern style sausage gravy for biscuits. She paints, gardens and has about 50 houseplants. | |

| Rita was the first individual hired by Charles Blumer Company. Chuck had worked with Rita before at another company and realized what an asset she would be. Rita began as our retail merchandiser and did such a great job that she was promoted to sales several years ago. If we have a problem at retail level with one of our larger accounts, Rita always goes out to cover the problem because, quite simply, she is the very best at what she does. Rita and her husband Joe live in North East Philadelphia and they have three grown children and six grandchildren. Rita Loves to shop and to read on the beach. Her favorite places are Ocean City NJ and the Caribbean Islands. She is also an great amateur poet and loves interior decorating. | |
